Job summary

Vituity is seeking an Anesthesiology Practice Administrator in Milwaukee, WI. This role supports medical directors, providers, and staff, coordinating operations and financials to ensure efficient patient care and contract compliance.

You will oversee scheduling, onboarding, and site programs, acting as a liaison between hospital leadership and Vituity teams. The position requires strong organizational skills and healthcare terminology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology.
• Knowledge of general Human Resource principles.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational administrator for site leadership and interface to hospital/community.
• Act as front-line liaison with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, and support teams.
• Provide executive support to site medical director and management team.
• Oversee site financials: stipends, reimbursements, payroll timecards.
• Be super user for Vituity software and point of contact for hospital systems.
• Coordinate recruiting/on-boarding for providers and staff; ensure credentialing timelines.
• Develop site policies, orientation checklists, and training materials.
• Ensure revenue cycle data submission and billing/documentation compliance.
