Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Practice Administrator in Jacksonville, FL to serve as the operational backbone for site leadership and to act as the primary liaison with the hospital and physician partners. The role supports executive leadership, manages site financials, and ensures efficient daily operations.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in healthcare/office settings, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with healthcare terminology. A degree in Business Administration or HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HR principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational administrator for the site leadership and as the interface for the practice to the hospital and community.
• Act as the front-line liaison for the provider team with hospital leadership and Vituity support.
• Provide executive support to the site medical director and site management to meet contract expectations.
• Provide support for site financials, including stipends, reimbursements, and payroll timecards.
• Act as the super user for all Vituity software applications and hospital systems.
