Vituity is seeking an Anesthesiology Practice Coordinator in Sacramento, CA. This role interfaces with hospital leadership and the provider team, delivering essential administrative support to the Medical Director and Site Management Team.

You will manage daily operations, scheduling, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth patient care. The position requires 0-2 years in an office/healthcare setting, with familiarity in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare setting and knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site leadership interfaces with hospital and community as appropriate.
• Provide administrative support to the site medical director and management team.
• Assist with site financials: contracts, reimbursements, and payroll timecards.
• Serve as super user for Vituity software and liaison for hospital systems.
• Support provider scheduling, attendance at rounds, and coverage planning.
• Assist with HR-related tasks and licensing/credentialing compliance as applicable.
