The Department of Anesthesiology at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences seeks a highly organized Training Program Administrator for Anesthesiology Fellowships and ANE Medical Clerkship Coordinator. You will work with Fellowship Program Directors, the Clerkship Director, faculty, fellows, and students to coordinate recruitment,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating anesthesia fellowship programs and medical clerkships.
• Knowledge of GME, ACGME, ABA requirements.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Ability to develop schedules, maintain records, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day administration of fellowship programs and clerkship activities with compliance.
• Manage fellowship recruitment and onboarding activities including applications and interviews.
• Develop and maintain rotation schedules, program records, and required data in MedHub.
• Coordinate lectures, journals clubs, meetings, workshops, and other events.
• Support program directors with accreditation, minutes, testing, and evaluations.
• Coordinate recruitment and engagement efforts for fellows and medical students.
• Maintain confidential records and respond to verification requests.
• Collaborate with faculty, trainees, and university partners to support education programs.
