Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in relevant field.
• Certification in relevant specialty.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Ability to plan, delegate and supervise the work of others.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the anesthesia technology department.
• Administer staff operational schedules to provide 24-hour coverage.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and competency validation.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and the anesthesia environment.
• Perform quality controls on anesthesia machines and troubleshoot.
• Coordinate with medical staff and department leaders to ensure compliance.
