Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a healthcare field or related area.
• ASATT anesthesia certification required.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare.
• Minimum three years as an anesthesia technician.
• Five years in operating room with high-risk cases.
• Experience in department management or supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication with hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of anesthesia department campuses and supervise technical staff.
• Provide direct technical support for anesthesia equipment and laboratory testing.
• Organize in-services on equipment and resident training.
• Ensure equipment readiness and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet department goals and budgets.
