Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as an Anesthesia Technician.
• Minimum of five years in operating room with high-risk cases.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• LEAN process knowledge for improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assures efficient daily operation of the department, staffing, supplies, workflow, and budget.
• Oversees staff competence and continuing education participation.
• Sets goals and priorities aligned with system objectives.
• Develops and revises departmental policies to support service delivery.
• Oversees intraoperative technical support including anesthesia equipment and monitors.
