AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, Florida is seeking an Anesthesia Technology professional to respond to alarms, maintain equipment, and support surgical cases. The role includes setting up OR/Cath/IR, preparing laryngoscope and IV solutions, and assisting in staff training. Requires 2+ years in healthcare and BLS, with ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in healthcare field required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred

Responsibilities

• Responds to anesthesia machine alarms and maintains equipment.
• Sets up OR/Cath/IR for cases and prepares laryngoscope, IV solutions and warming devices.
• Provides training and orientation to staff and new personnel; assists in developing training programs.
• Maintains a safe environment and ensures regulatory compliance across departments.
• Oversees anesthesia support functions and staffing to cover cases in surgery and outlying departments
