AdventHealth Tampa is seeking an experienced Anesthesia Technician to assist anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring, and peri‑operative support in the operating room.

The role involves preparing and draping for invasive monitoring, maintaining equipment and supplies, and providing routine and emergency services. Day shift, full‑time, on-site at 3100 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33613.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; anesthesia tech experience preferred.
• Need strong communication with patients and staff.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and basic clinical equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Ability to monitor dosages and assist with anesthesia equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers with patient assessment, monitoring, and transport.
• Set up operating room, equipment, and supplies for cases.
• Maintain and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment and inventory.
• Provide routine and emergency perioperative support to staff.
• Assist with preparation and draping for invasive procedures and monitoring.
