The role partners with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to improve patient experience, efficiency and value, aiming to make the service line a preeminent, value‑based option in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge and experience in the designated service line area.
• Familiarity with current research on appropriate levels of care for the assigned service line.

• Serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line.
• Responsible for long‑term vision and execution of patient service integration across core departments.
