Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment with the recruitment team and service line administration.
• Develop onboarding and orientation plans for new hires.
• Conduct 30- and 90-day retention meetings with APP providers.
• Review NRC scores and service line data for quality improvement.
• Attend leadership meetings and participate in performance development conversations.
• Coordinate didactic learning opportunities to foster professional growth.
• Implement Performance Improvement Plans with leadership guidance.
• Monitor APP productivity and ensure clinical operations run smoothly.
