Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Director, Clinical Operations - Ambulatory Surgery Centers to provide administrative leadership, strategic planning and decision-making across multiple ASC locations. The role drives patient safety, quality of care, efficiency and effectiveness, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

BSN is required; Masters preferred.
Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
BLS certification through the AHA; other life support may be required per unit/department policy.
10+ years nursing and Ambulatory Surgery Center management experience with at least 5 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative leadership, strategic planning and decision-making for multiple Ambulatory Surgery Center locations.
Lead efforts to improve patient safety, quality of care, efficiency and effectiveness.
Attend Board meetings and report to Senior Leadership; promote IU Health values.
Manage financial and regulatory outcomes across locations.
