Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary care center to deliver exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic and administrative leadership across care delivery with focus on quality.
• Drive patient and customer satisfaction while ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Develop and execute business and unit plans aligned with mission and values.
• Coordinate 24-hour operational and leadership accountability as required.
