The role partners with Senior Leadership to align APP utilization with operational and financial goals, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance across the department.

Qualifications

• Requires a masters prepared advanced practice degree such as Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant, Certified Nurse Anesthetist, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or equivalent.
• Must hold license and state board certification in Indiana.
• Prescriptive authority if required in practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical activities for Advanced Practice Providers within assigned Service Line(s).
• Directs daily operations including staffing, quality improvement, customer service, and patient access.
• Maintains clinical practice and teaching duties.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to optimize APP utilization and achieve financial/operational metrics.
