Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line phone system in a courteous manner.
• Schedule cases with surgeon offices and facilities.
• Enter schedules into database and distribute to staff.
• Fill open shifts and emergency openings as they arise.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA policies.
• Prepare and distribute daily/monthly schedules and reports.
• Coordinate next-day schedules with physicians.
• Provide high level customer service.
• Reconcile clinician hours and assist payroll as needed.
• After-hours on-call duty may be required.
• Adhere to company policies and information security policies.
