You will guide teams across features, ensure security and quality, mentor engineers, and translate strategic goals into measurable delivery outcomes. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with Android and Kotlin.
• Proven ability to design scalable mobile architectures for high-volume use.
• Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
