Job summary

P3 USA is seeking a seasoned Lead Android Automotive Project Manager to oversee automotive software initiatives for global clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe and the U.S., manage scope, timelines, and performance, and ensure high-quality in-car experiences.

You hold a degree in CS/Engineering/Automotive, bring proven project management experience in automotive software, and communicate effectively in English; German is a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, Automotive or related field.
• Proven project management experience in automotive software.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
• English proficiency; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Android Automotive software projects for automotive customers.
• Serve as primary client contact to align goals and milestones.
• Provide technical guidance on Android Automotive integration.
• Collaborate with Europe and U.S. teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Develop tools and processes to improve partner engagement and quality.
• Balance customer needs with technical constraints and drive execution.
• Support concept design, testing, data analysis, and implementation.
• Foster cross-team communication to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Occasionally travel to engage with global P3 teams.
