Job summary
Mobility Global is seeking an Automotive Technology Division Lead to guide a global, multidisciplinary team across connected car, electronics, chassis, ADAS and interior systems. You will bridge deep technical research with consumer-focused product planning and own strategic revenue outcomes.
The role requires 12+ years in automotive tech or planning, strong leadership, and the ability to synthesize insights into executive-ready narratives for senior leaders. Travel 15–35% is expected.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in automotive technology and/or planning.
- Proven ability to synthesize insights into high-impact thought leadership.
- P&L and revenue responsibility experience.
- Executive presentation skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Define the global product roadmap to open up new revenue streams and increase client retention.
- Domain Leadership: Mentor domain-specific research teams across Connected Car, Electronics, Chassis, Interior, etc.
- Customer Research: Lead voice of the customer insights and market research to translate needs into features.
- Revenue Accountability: Own the P&L of this product portfolio and shape global sales strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, research, marketing and sales for delivery.
