P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is seeking a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for Android Automotive software in a global context. You will lead automotive software projects, engage clients, and drive innovative integrations with Europe and U.S. teams.

The role emphasizes managing complex deployments, guiding architecture, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. English proficiency is essential; German is a plus. Occasional travel benefits professional growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automotive, or related field.
Experience managing technical projects in automotive software.
Guidance on Android Automotive integration, HMI, and IVI systems; Linux/Android knowledge.
Knowledge of Android or Linux-based system architecture.
PM certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or ITIL are plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Android Automotive software projects for automotive clients.
Act as the primary client contact, aligning goals and milestones.
Provide technical expertise on Android Automotive integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe and the U.S.
Develop tools, processes, and best practices to streamline partner engagement.
Support concept design, testing, data analysis, and execution through all phases.
Facilitate cross-team communication and stakeholder engagement for timely delivery.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
