• 3+ years of experience in automotive or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and production processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work with clients.

• Lead supplier relocation and start-up management for automotive projects.
• Develop cross-functional supply chain strategies across multiple stakeholders.
• Direct task forces during critical delivery situations at supplier/vendor interfaces.
• Own strategic and operational project work for international clients.
• Perform root cause analyses and identify deficits in products and processes.
• Propose changes to logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Plan workforce, space, layouts, and equipment workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure Automotive Standard Services.
• Communicate findings and present progress to clients.
