Legends Global is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee on-site operations for events at the Anchorage Convention Centers. The role involves coordinating client needs, managing F&B teams, and maintaining quality control across all event services.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in F&B management, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work a demanding event-driven schedule in a busy convention center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in management level position in Food & Beverage or training.
• College or Vocational School degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of operating procedures of a Conference Center, Convention Center, Hotel or similar event-focused operation.

Responsabilités

• Establishes client food & beverage and operational needs for the event.
• Oversees Food and Beverage operations during event to ensure client satisfaction and quality control standards.
• Manage inventory and signage; maintain FO paperwork and post-event reporting.
• Develop work plans including scheduling and assigning duties to staff.
• Ensure compliance with health laws and internal regulations.
