Job summary

Odyssey Logistics & Technology is seeking a Mover Packer Crew Leader in Anchorage, AK. The role involves leading a crew, driving a box truck, packing/unpacking freight, and delivering to various customer locations in the greater Anchorage area.

Qualified candidates will have at least 6 months of box truck experience, a valid Class D license, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and pass pre-employment screenings. Onsite work with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Class D driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and pass a DOT medical exam.
• Ability to read/write in English and follow FHWA regulations.
• Pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew per job assignment and supervise on-site activities.
• Drive box trucks and ensure safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure compliance with laws.
• Secure loads and install tire chains as needed.
• Train and guide team members to complete jobs professionally.
