Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Mover Packer Crew Leader in Fairbanks, AK. The role centers on leading the crew, handling packing/unpacking, loading, and delivering freight within the Fairbanks area during business hours.

Onsite position with some travel; requires 18+ years, a valid Class D license, 6 months of box truck experience, and ability to lift 75 lbs. Benefits and a comprehensive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Class D driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 6 months of box truck driving experience.
• Military packing experience preferred; training may be provided.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Able to read/write in English and follow traffic signs/controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate box trucks in compliance with traffic codes and company procedures.
• Lead and supervise the crew; communicate with dispatcher and customers.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle repairs as needed.
• Ensure loads are secured and properly stowed for transit.
• Train team members and provide clear directions to complete tasks.
• Maintain site cleanliness and return tools to the ARS warehouse.
