Job summary

Sealaska Constructors, LLC, seeks a Federal Construction Superintendent to coordinate day-to-day project activities from Pre-Construction onward, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery for federal projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of Federal/USACE quality management, strong leadership, and ability to manage on-site QC systems, subcontractors, and field staff while maintaining documentation and reporting to the PM.

Qualifications

• 10 years federal construction direct work experience as Project Superintendent.
• College degree (Engineering or Architectural) or equivalent construction experience.
• US Army Corps of Engineers Projects (Federal/Military), NAVFAC (Navy/Military) Project Experience.
• USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review project work with the Project Foreman and Field Staff.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to meet schedule, budget and quality goals.
• Maintain daily QC/field reporting, safety meetings, and weekly progress updates.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with PM on changes, submittals, and documentation.
