Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological science or related field.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in medical office/personnel management, including 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Substitution: advanced degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates specimen activities including accessioning, testing and IHC requests for send-outs.
• Prepares staff schedules and provides back-up coverage for Front Office.
• Develops and enforces written policies for Front Office tasks and maintains control of the AP Front Office Manual.
