Qualifications

• Minimum five years in anatomic pathology operations at supervisor level.
• Experience with lab operations, regulatory standards, and CPT coding.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of AP Materials Management and related areas.
• Oversee budgetary and fiscal responsibilities of the department.
• Coordinate research projects involving anatomic pathology and ancillary testing.
• Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and LIS/IT process design.
• Serve as liaison for inpatient and outpatient teams and external clients.
