Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's degree and eligibility for ASCP HT registry OR ASCP HT registry OR a Bachelor’s degree with Anatomic Pathology certification within 6 months of hire.
• Willing to cross-train in all areas of Anatomic Pathology and demonstrate competency in all aspects of work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process pathology specimens.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and perform waived/moderately complex tests.
• Assist in training staff and maintaining QC/QA procedures.
• Support ongoing workflow and ensure timely reporting under supervision.
