Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree and ASCP HT eligibility OR ASCP HT registry OR a Bachelor’s degree with Anatomic Pathology certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive, examine and process pathology specimens.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and perform waived testing.
• Assist in the histology section operations, including QC/QA duties and training new staff.
• Provide overview support for the Anatomic Pathology section in supervisor's absence.
