Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Anatomic Path Resolution Representative in Roanoke, VA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role focuses on resolving issues in testing and reporting of Histology and Cytology specimens.

The position offers a pay range based on experience and includes potential performance bonuses. Responsibilities include educating clients, resolving cases, monitoring lists, locating missing samples, and ensuring timely communication and compliance with testing protocols.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in AP Support environment.
• Functional knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and educate clients to expedite patient results.
• Resolve problematic Histology and Cytology cases.
• Pull and monitor worklists and pending lists.
• Locate missing patient samples.
• Enter TIQ problems into the LIS.
• Provide priority handling of patient samples with limited stability and processing issues.
• Research and resolve client inquiries via fax/phone.
• Notify clients of any problems or resolutions affecting results.
• Ensure compliance policies related to test ordering and reporting are understood.
