Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technical Support Representative III in Knoxville, TN. This role supports Anatomic Pathology, handling escalated AP issues, QA/QC tasks, and pending lists.

The position requires 3 years of related experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong IT and data-entry skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required. Monday–Friday, daytime hours with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• MS Office (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of an AP Support Rep II and provide QA/QC support.
• Train newly hired employees as needed and monitor TIQ processes.
• Process and manage send out testing and pending lists.
• Handle escalated calls and document client interactions per policy.
• Ensure compliance with local, federal, CLIA and CAP regulations.
