Qualifications

• US citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience including 4+ years supporting federal/state health agencies conducting health services research using Medicaid/CHIP data
• Experience performing complex data analyses and using visualization to support policy and program decisions
• Proven record of leading teams within an Agile framework to deliver analytics products
• Willingness to take cross-functional responsibilities to ensure business continuity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences
• Prefer experience with federal clients such as CMS and health policy guidance

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics initiatives, plan designs, and oversee data analysis and reporting outputs.
• Own analytics product lifecycles, backlog, roadmaps, MVPs, and requirements with stakeholder feedback.
• Translate requirements to developers and stakeholders; demonstrate functionality aligned with objectives.
• Prepare and review complex reports, manuscripts, and client-ready deliverables for multiple audiences.
• Serve as trusted advisor and collaborate with client subject matter experts and internal teams.
• Develop team capability through mentoring junior staff and maintaining methodological rigor.
• Manage direct reports, performance, and career growth within the analytics team.
