Job summary

Index Analytics LLC seeks a Product Owner to drive healthcare IT, data analytics, and program integrity solutions for federal clients. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable stories and deliver high-value capabilities.

The role requires hands-on Agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with government and contractor partners to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States; must have government eligibility/background
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6+ years; 4 years may substitute for a degree
• Experience as Product Owner/PM/BA/BD/related role in Agile, hybrid Agile, or federal tech delivery teams
• Experience with healthcare IT, program integrity, fraud, waste, and abuse, claims processing, data analytics, BI, or federal health IT environments
• Strong ability to elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and manage complex requirements across systems
• Proven ability translating stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Hands-on experience supporting Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives)
• Ability to work with Government clients, technical teams, SMEs, and contractor partners in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong written and verbal communication; present priorities, risks, and decisions clearly
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and federal documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product backlog to align with client priorities and team capacity
• Translate business, data, and user experience needs into features and acceptance criteria
• Serve as liaison between Government stakeholders, business owners, SMEs, and delivery teams
• Facilitate requirements discovery, workshops, backlog refinement, planning, demos, and governance
• Evaluate enhancement requests, risks, dependencies, and priorities; optimize sequencing for value
• Review and accept completed work based on acceptance criteria and stakeholder feedback
• Support program integrity, healthcare analytics, BI, reporting, data access, and user support
• Lead documentation for gate reviews, governance forums, and production releases
• Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office to manage requirements and communicate status
• Present features and progress in governance forums and management meetings
• Collaborate across data, analytics, cloud engineering, QA, and training teams
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery, engagement, and documentation
