Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience, or 4 years of specialized experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, BI/reporting tools to manipulate and present data.
• Strong communication and collaboration in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytical requirements with stakeholders and translate into data analysis and reporting outputs.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze data from client databases, web sources, and reporting platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to document requirements and track tasks.
• Support process improvements for business operations.
