Harnham is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company to hire an Analytics Manager. The role leads a growing team of analysts responsible for delivering high-quality analysis across multiple client engagements.

You will own day-to-day analytics delivery, manage QA, and partner with data scientists, engineers, and consultants to improve processes and tooling. This is not a pure hands-on role; focus is on leadership, delivery, and impactful business insights.

Formación

• 4–8 years of experience in analytics, data science, consulting, or a quantitative environment.
• Experience leading people or analytical workstreams.
• Strong project management and delivery of multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to connect analytical outputs to broader commercial questions.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Automation mindset and interest in AI-enabled analytical workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a growing team of data analysts.
• Manage analyst capacity and priorities across multiple engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end analytics and data pipeline processes from onboarding to final analysis.
• Establish and maintain QA standards across analytics outputs.
• Review outputs, identify recurring issues, and drive process/tool improvements.
• Perform cross-engagement analysis to improve quality and efficiency.
• Partner with technical and business teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to investigate data and validate outputs.
• Translate technical findings into clear business implications.
• Turn manual processes into scalable, repeatable workflows.
