Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to partner with clients and internal teams to transform ambiguous business challenges into clear analytics strategies. Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is essential, paired with strong communication to shape measurement, testing, and decision making.

You will design and implement analytics solutions, audit existing setups, and craft compelling data storytelling.

Qualifications

5+ years in an agency environment
Certified in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
Strong grasp of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis
Exposure to other AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus

Responsibilities

Strategize and design analytics implementations for Adobe Analytics and Adobe CJA with clients and engineering teams
Conduct measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements
Audit existing Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations
Produce and maintain analytics documentation (BRDs, SDRs, TDDs)
Build dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace
Translate findings into actionable narratives for executives and marketing leaders
Present analytics findings and run hands-on client/team trainings
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize impactful work
