Role Overview

As an Analytics Solutions Director in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will primarily lead the creation and continuous improvement of best-fit data products and delivery solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Global Banking employees. You will interface with business leadership to prioritize and deliver solutions using a combination of existing data assets, while also identifying new capabilities that need to be developed—sometimes directly leading the development of these new capabilities. This role combines aspects of product management and business process/operations, requiring demonstrated success in developing and delivering data-driven solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Interface with business leadership to prioritize and deliver best-fit solutions using a combination of existing data assets, while also identifying new capabilities that need to be developed and informing target-state roadmaps
2. Lead the creation and continuous improvement of data products and delivery solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Global Banking employees
3. Develop and deliver data-driven solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
4. Collaborate extensively with senior stakeholders across product, data, technology, and business units

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

1. Strong analytical skills combined with a commercial mindset
2. 10+ years of experience in financial services or consulting, with significant Business Intelligence expertise and extensive technical skills in data analysis, evaluation, and interpretation
3. Experience managing technical and design aspects of analytical products, dashboards, and tools
4. Effective communication skills at multiple management levels, both written and verbal
5. Ability to focus on key issues and drive initiatives to completion
6. Strong relationship management skills
7. Proven experience in managing and developing teams
8. Superior data analysis skills with the ability to articulate themes and recommendations
9. A passion for data and technology
10. Prior B2B client-facing banking experience is a strong plus
