Zurich is seeking a Solutions Lead – Business Process and Change to join the Business Transformation team. This remote, senior-level consultant position reports to the AVP, Integrated Solutions & Services.
The role focuses on analyzing data, synthesizing feedback, and developing insights to demonstrate the impact of change and identify future improvement opportunities. These insights will influence stakeholders to enhance performance sustainably.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects, proactively improving business practices, developing solutions, and aligning resources for change initiatives. The role involves planning, executing, and tracking projects, partnering across departments, and acting as a change agent for strategic and operational initiatives.
In this position, you will:
Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in claims, consulting, risk engineering, or underwriting, or equivalent experience with a high school diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience in organizational effectiveness or change management and project management is required.
Preferred qualifications include project and stakeholder management skills, excellent communication, data analytics expertise, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, familiarity with Business Objects, and a broad knowledge of the insurance industry.
