The Senior HR Analytics, Compliance, and Technology Lead is pivotal in advancing our HR analytics, compliance, and systems strategy. There are three key pillars of the role : 1. HR Analytics : leveraging HR technology to drive actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and metrics, 2. HR Compliance : ensuring adherence to internal team and enterprise-level policies and regulatory requirements and 3. HR Technology : owning the integrity, usability, and functionality of key HR systems.
The ideal candidate is adept at compliance auditing, HR system solutions, and data analysis. They possess a keen eye for detail and excel in aligning customer needs with innovative, scalable solutions. Passionate about data analysis, they thrive in cross-functionally collaborative spaces set up to support informed decision-making and optimization of HR technology. With direction, they will also be responsible for designing and maintaining a globally compliant framework of policies. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $117,000 - $135,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limitedto skillset,experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
