Icon Media Direct seeks a Director of Analytics Product Strategy & Growth to lead our data intelligence portfolio. You will own the roadmap, craft a scalable go-to-market motion, and partner with client teams to drive rollout and adoption across a defined set of strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate blends product leadership with deep analytics fluency, proven from early rollout to broad adoption, and will communicate compelling value to clients and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across product management and analytics leadership.
• Experience taking a product from early rollout to broad adoption and building a commercial motion.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong understanding of relational data models.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for measurement product portfolio with SVP.
• Own enhancement roadmap for active client rollout and ensure scalability.
• Lead go-to-market planning, packaging, and pricing discussions for new capabilities.
• Develop business cases for major product enhancements and investments.
• Own analytics lifecycle: requirements, PRDs, backlog, releases, and post-launch review.
• Partner with Client Services, Media, and Analytics to drive adoption and measure impact.
