Job summary

Dollar Shave Club is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics to drive data-driven growth, guide digital experimentation, and partner with CRM, acquisition, and product teams. You will translate business questions into analyses, build robust data models, and craft narratives for senior leaders, using SQL to pull data and Tableau for executive-ready visuals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience with at least 1 year of people management.
• Strong SQL skills across Snowflake, Redshift or BigQuery, with optimized queries.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Proficient in Tableau for executive-level dashboards and storytelling.
• Experience supporting A/B testing at scale and guiding experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence leaders.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to drive cross-functional impact.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and product KPI tracking is a plus.
• Familiarity with dbt and GitHub is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and partner with CRM, acquisition, and digital product.
• Set up, measure, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests.
• Enhance Google Analytics implementation and onsite customer insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify conversion opportunities.
• Present findings clearly to executives to drive decisions.
• Mentor one direct report and develop analytical skills.
• Develop and QA data pipelines and Tableau dashboards for product and leadership.
