Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group in the United States. You will enable partners to use data to drive strategic decisions, focusing on reporting and dashboard development with Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities include partnering with Operations and Business teams, delivering BI solutions, and driving automation while ensuring data quality and actionable insights for business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science is required.
• Minimum five years of experience developing dashboards/visualizations in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in SQL and DAX with good understanding of relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Excel; understand data sources like SAP, Workday, CMS, and BPC.
• Interpret, explain, and drive adoption of analytic insights across stakeholders.
• Build clear, concise communications tailored to audiences; provide actionable information to support decisions.
• Collaborate with IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and drive automation.
