Job summary

Amcor seeks an Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group. The role focuses on enabling partners to use data to drive strategic decisions, with reporting and dashboard development in Power BI and Tableau.

You will collaborate with Operations and Business teams, manage data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC), and drive actionable insights to improve performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Computer and Information Science.
• Minimum two years of experience in developing dashboards/visualizations in Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with SQL/DAX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a valued business partner to Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities for improvement; prioritize business and information needs.
• Developing and managing business intelligence solutions; understand data sources like SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC; create dashboards in Tableau/Power BI.
• Drive interpretation, understanding, and adoption of analytic insights.
• Build positive relationships; tailor communications; provide actionable information for decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and drive automation.
• Identify development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Troubleshoot reported issues by business partners; ensure data quality and completeness.
• Provide month-end reporting, process improvement, and ad hoc support in a dynamic environment.
