Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Analytics Analyst to join the Analytics and Insights Group in the United States. You will enable partners to use data for strategic decisions, focusing on reporting and dashboard development in Power BI and Tableau.

You will partner with Operations and Business teams to identify opportunities, manage BI solutions, and drive adoption of insights. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, finance, business management, or CS.
• 2+ years building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong customer service mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, with clear communication and ability to simplify complex insights.
• Experience with SQL and DAX is a plus; relational database knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Business teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and manage BI solutions; understand data sources (SAP, Workday, CMS, BPC).
• Build and interpret dashboards and reports; drive adoption of insights.
• Communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences; enable data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with IT to improve reporting/dashboard functionality and automation.
• Identify development needs to streamline operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Troubleshoot issues raised by business partners; ensure data quality.
