Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage the organization’s analytics function and team, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and business performance.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to develop scalable analytics solutions, advance analytics maturity, and drive measurable outcomes across digital channels, CX, surveys, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required; ten years of related experience acceptable in lieu.
• Experience leading analytics teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering analytics solutions and business outcomes.
• Experience using Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub for insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that consults with business areas to identify key data questions and initiatives.
• Promote use of modern analytics tools to build sophisticated analytics products for decision making.
• Partner with business areas to craft analytics roadmaps and identify priorities.
• Support data set development, maintenance, and integrity for enterprise programs and studies.
• Drive analytics maturity and cultivate an insights-driven culture across the organization.
• Lead diverse analytics initiatives across digital channels, CX, surveys, and executive reporting.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations for audiences from operational teams to executives.
