Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage and advance the organization’s analytics portfolio. You will guide a team of analysts, engineers, and scientists to translate complex data into actionable insights, building dashboards and scorecards for executives and operational teams alike.
You will shape the analytics roadmap, promote advanced analytics, and partner with business and technology leaders to drive data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in analytics, BI, or data science with leadership experience.
- Experience leading analytics teams and delivering data-driven outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence across business and technology groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analytics professionals and partner with business and technology leaders.
- Develop scalable analytics solutions and dashboards to drive measurable outcomes.
- Define analytics roadmaps aligning people, process, and technology with business goals.
- Ensure data quality and governance for enterprise analytics datasets.
- Drive AI adoption and advanced analytics across the organization.
