Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage a team delivering data-driven insights that back strategic decisions and business performance. You will partner with business and technology leaders to develop scalable analytics solutions and measurable outcomes.

You will lead initiatives spanning digital channels, CX, NPS analytics, scorecards, and executive performance reporting, while attracting top talent and shaping an analytics-driven culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in analytics, BI, data science, or related field.
• Experience leading analytics teams and developing talent.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that consults with business areas to identify key data questions and define initiatives.
