The role leads a team of analytics professionals and partners with business and technology leaders to build scalable analytics solutions across digital channels, CX, survey programs, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, data science, or related field.
• Experience leading analytics teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that consults with business areas to identify key data-driven questions and initiatives.
• Promote the use of latest tools and techniques for analytics to build product that powers decisions.
• Partner with business to craft analytics roadmap (people, process, tech) to meet goals.
• Ensure data sets used for enterprise analytics are accurate and well-maintained.
• Drive analytics maturity and cultivate an analytics-driven culture across the organization.
• Lead diverse analytics initiatives across digital channels, CX, NPS, and executive reporting.
