Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 10+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data science, or related field.
• Experience leading analytics teams and developing talent.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using BI tools to drive insights and decision-making; AI exposure a plus.
