Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage a team delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decisions. You will partner with business and technology leaders to develop scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead initiatives across digital, CX, surveys, and reporting, shaping an analytics-driven culture and overseeing executive dashboards and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree is required.
• 8+ years in analytics, BI, or data science.
• Experience leading analytics teams and talent development.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Proven track with Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub.
• Experience applying AI capabilities to analytics and workflows.
