Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior analytics leader to manage the organization’s data-driven insights and BI initiatives. You will guide a team of analytics professionals, partnering with business and technology leaders to develop scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll mentor analysts, translate complex data into actionable dashboards and reports, and promote an analytics-driven culture across the enterprise while advancing the organization’s analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or data science experience.
• Experience leading analytics teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging analytics tools to drive insights and operational decisions.
• Preferred experience incorporating AI capabilities into analytics and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analytics professionals and partner with business and technology leaders.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions and data-driven insights.
• Define analytics roadmaps with business units to meet priorities.
• Ensure data quality and integrity for enterprise analyses and reports.
